Crowns
Crowns can be thought of as “caps” that are placed over an existing tooth. These “caps” are simply protective shells placed over the tooth to restore its shape, strength, size, and appearance. They encase your entire tooth.
Crowns protect a weakened tooth that may be in the early stages of decay. They also can repair a cracked or broken tooth by holding it together. They work well on worn down teeth or holding bridges in place. They also can be utilized cosmetically to enhance the color, shine, and shape of an unattractive tooth.
Teeth Whitening
At our office, we use Opalescence professional bleaching trays to whiten your teeth. We apply a gentle, carbamide peroxide gel to the teeth using special, custom-made trays. We can perform the treatment in our office or provide you with the materials and instructions and allow you to perform the procedure in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
There are thousands of over-the-counter whitening treatments available, but the best way to get good results is to consult our team and take home a kit that works for you.
Dental Bonding
Bonding is a fast and affordable way to fix your teeth. As with dental fillings, a composite resin is used to bond directly to the tooth and can be shaped or polished to match the surrounding teeth for a natural finish. Bonding is used mostly to repair discoloration, cracks, chips, and provide an overall blemish-free smile. It can also be used to close small gaps between teeth or to adjust the shape of an irregular tooth.
Bridges
Bridges do exactly what their name suggests: they bridge the space between teeth. A bridge consists of two crowns or more. The crowns are used as anchors and attach to the teeth on either side of a space left by a missing tooth. This allows a prosthetic tooth to be cemented between the two crowns and fill the empty space.
Full Mouth Reconstructions
A full mouth reconstruction entails a complete makeover to your oral health, teeth, mouth, and smile. It can consist of a combination of several treatments including dental implants, bridges, fillings, inlays/onlays and crowns. It is a procedure reserved for those who need drastic improvement in their dental health and appearance of their smile. Full mouth reconstructions focus on the overall health of your mouth instead of simply focusing on cosmetic improvements.
Invisible Braces
We offer clear aligners and clear braces for those who are concerned about the alignment of their teeth but are hesitant to embrace the traditional, metal braces. It should be noted that not every orthodontic problem can be solved by wearing clear aligners, however, we will evaluate your case and see if either clear aligners or clear braces can work for you.
Partial and Full Dentures
Full dentures are are a great option for patients who are missing all or almost all of their teeth. Full dentures are placed on top of the remaining gum tissue to provide a full, new set of teeth.
Partial dentures are made with metal clasps and are attached to the rest of the natural teeth for support to replace the missing ones.
Smile Makeover
A smile makeover refers to any combination of cosmetic dentla services, such as veneers, inlays/onlays, fillings, bonding and more. This option differs from a full mouth reconstruction in that a smile makeover is much more focused on solely cosmetic improvements.
